Please read through our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By visiting this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this site. The head office of ML VINTAGE is located in Melbourne, Australia.
MLVINTAGE.com is a secure site. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for secure data transmission over the internet. We encrypt all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. Our secure server software uses GeoTrust’s SSL encryption method. It is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure online commerce transactions.
If you elect to submit your credit card details online, you will notice that the URL prefix (located in your address bar) will change from the standard http:// to the secure https://. This means you are in secure mode.
Similarly, you will notice your browser's security icon (located at the bottom right hand corner of your browser window) change to either a locked padlock or a solid gold key (depending on your browser make and version). Depending on your chosen preferences, you may also receive a prompt informing you that you are visiting a secure page.
These features are your assurance that your browser and our server are communicating securely.

Payment can then be made 24/7 at no charge to you via our eWAY Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard and American Express. It is your responsibility to ensure that you supply the correct address for delivery. ML VINTAGE is not liable for the loss or mis-delivery of products if an incorrect address is supplied.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account by ML VINTAGE at the time of purchase. Before dispatching your products, we inspect them for a final time to make sure each product is of the exceptional quality upon which ML VINTAGE prides itself. If we find a defect in any of the products, we will email you to advise there is a defect and provide a photo of the relevant part of the product. You can then either decide to purchase the product at a discount and we will provide you with a part refund or decide not to proceed with the purchase and receive a full refund for the product. Refunds will be issued as a credit to the credit card used for the purchase.
All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to ML VINTAGE, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All credit card transactions on MLVINTAGE.com are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure environment. ML VINTAGE will not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. As computer monitors vary, however, we cannot guarantee the colours you see on the screen are a completely accurate representation of our products.
Australian Standard Delivery
- Orders will be dispatched within seven days after you place your order via Australian Post Express Delivery Service.
- Once dispatched, orders will be delivered within one to three working days.
- The cost of Australian Standard Delivery is $17.50
- The delivery charge is per delivery, not per item. Any additional items purchased will not incur an additional delivery charge.
- Shipping will be automatically added at the checkout.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- All order confirmation emails will come with a tracking number, which can be tracked online at www.auspost.com.au/track/
- A signature is required on receipt. If you are not available to receive your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how you can collect it.
International Delivery
- Orders will be dispatched within seven days after you place your order via Australia Post Express Courier International.
- As a guideline only, once dispatched orders should be delivered within 10 to 14 days.
- The shipping cost is AUD$60.00, which is charged on a flat rate basis regardless of the weight of your parcel.
- Shipping will be automatically added at the checkout.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
- Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service according to standard delivery procedures.
- All orders require a signature upon receipt.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- All order confirmation emails will come with a tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website to monitor your delivery.
Insurance
ML VINTAGE insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until you have received it. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient for delivery other than yourself (for example as a gift), you accept that their signature (or a signature at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by ML VINTAGE. As such, responsibility for the goods is transferred to you in the same way as if you had received the parcel.
Risk
Risk of loss of, or damage to, the products, as well as any additional costs that become due and payable after the time of dispatch, including without limitation, excise, customs duty, or applicable taxes (including any fine or penalty), transfers from ML VINTAGE to you when the products are dispatched by ML VINTAGE to Australia Post or any other carrier.
ML VINTAGE is not liable for any loss or damage to the products or any delay, non-delivery or mis-delivery, except to the extent that ML VINTAGE’s negligence caused the loss, delay, non-delivery or mis-delivery.
Nothing in these terms and conditions are intended to exclude any warranty or condition which may be implied by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any similar consumer legislation.
7. Other matters that affect these terms and conditions
- The laws of the State of Victoria apply to these terms and conditions and you must bring any proceeding against ML VINTAGE in a Victorian Court.
- If a condition or part of a condition is unenforceable, it must be severed and does not affect the rest of the terms.
- ML VINTAGE is not bound by any waiver, discharge, release of a condition or any agreement that changes the terms unless it is in writing and is signed by or on behalf of ML VINTAGE.
