Great care has been taken to preserve all items, so you can be confident you are buying products of exceptional quality. Upon receiving your purchase, we advise you to try on your product/s immediately to make sure you have selected the correct size and are satisfied with your item/s. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your selection, we offer the following Returns Policy:
If you would like to return your purchase, refunds and exchanges (excluding jewellery and swimwear) will be accepted within seven days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered or washed and have all tags and labelling still attached. Returns and exchanges are not accepted on jewellery or swimwear.
Postage fees to return or exchange items must be paid by the customer.
ML VINTAGE reserves the right to refuse any returned item we believe is not of saleable quality or has been worn, altered or washed. Extra shipping and handling charges to return the item to the customer will remain the responsibility of the customer and no exchange or refund will be issued.

We also request that you notify us by email once you have posted the item and provide us with the registered post tracking number. Once we receive your purchase, we will process the exchange or refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. ML VINTAGE does not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
All items offered for sale by ML VINTAGE are brand new, which means they have never been worn, altered or washed and have all tags and labelling still attached. As some products are more than 40 years old, however, there may be some elements of ageing.
ML VINTAGE will only sell products that meet our high quality control standards and do not show signs of ageing or wear and tear that cannot be reasonably expected after such a long period. ML VINTAGE will not consider an item faulty on the basis of ageing that can be reasonably expected after such a long period and no refund will be offered.
As we check our products thoroughly for a final time before they are sent out, we may notice from time to time that the item you have purchased has, for example, a spot or a mark that would mean the item cannot be offered as brand new. In this case, we will email to advise you of the fault and send you a photo of the relevant part of the product. You can then decide to either purchase the product at a discount and receive a part refund or cancel your order and receive a full refund for the faulty product.
